This image contains an embedded file. Save the image, change the extension from .jpg to .rar or .zip and open it in WinRAR or 7zip, there's a video inside (warning: it's very lewd).

I thought it was to stop soundshare threads. But before that there was some embed protection because of pic related.

Looks like you can out these kinds of pictures by the unusually large file size. I can't get it to work though.

It claims the file is empy as if turning the .jpg into a .zip made the file disappear completely.

Enable file extensions you retard.

I can't believe people actually use computers where file extensions like ".txt" and ".exe" are invisible, and I can't believe Microsoft actually made this the default (or even an option that exists) on their OS.

It is by far one of the most infuriating and retarded design choices of Windows and is an example of how Microsoft has tricked the population into being retarded and caused an immense amount of technical IT support trouble due to one small detail.

No.489789

And literally even contributed to malware installation by hiding file extensions so people fucking run "image.jpg.exe" and only see "image.jpg"

That worked after wasting almost 2 hours in useless cmd.

Small example: to add patches to RPCS3 you have to create a text file called "patch.yml"

Do you how many fucking people create a file called "patch.yml.txt" and have no clue that it's not just "patch.yml" because Microsoft made file extensions invisible to trick users on Windows?

RPCS3 creates two log files, RPCS3.log, and RPCS3.log.gz

Windows users by default just see a file just called "RPCS3" and another called "RPCS3.log", they have no clue that "RPCS3" is actually "RPCS3.log".

It's like Microsoft designed this to deliberately trick or prank users. This one specific detail of Windows actually makes me extremely mad, I would estimate that it's literally cost billions of dollars in IT support and malware costs, on top of causing the global population to become dumber.

No.489797

I can literally make an .exe file with the icon of a Windows folder

I could name it "Images.exe" and because Microsoft hides file extensions someone just sees a folder called "Images"

Guess what happens when someone double clicks it and blindly clicks "yes", or even has UAC disabled and it automatically runs?

Yes this really fucking happens because Microsoft hides file extensions

No.489798

>>489797
There's the flaw in your gay argument. Yes Windows hides extensions by default, but UAC is also fully enabled and will give you a fuckhuge warning "do you want to run this program" when you click on that hidden .exe

Even disregarding malware

It's an immensely stupid design that has tricked countless users into error, confusion, misunderstanding, and frustration.

They don't understand why something doesn't work, or they can't locate something, or they just inherently misunderstand what filenames are, because a part of the filename is fucking invisible.
