No. 503602

I want to live in Seattle.

No.503603

I know someone who lives around Seattle. They don't want to live there.

What's appealing about it?

I know there's a ton of homeless despite the bad weather.

Permanently rainy and overcast, insular city tucked in the mountains away from the rest of the country, coffee, grunge, big tech

It's expensive yeah. But Seattle is just my ideal place to be.

Are all of your tastes decided by what 4chan tells you is OK to like?

No.503614

The Cascades and Olympics are really nice and even though it never gets very warm it also never gets very cold and there's some fish I guess

Before COVID was Vancouver and the surrounding areas easy to access? I keep hearing about people having a layover in Seattle just to go up there in the winter to either snowboard or ski.

That's weird, I've flown into Vancouver several times and never had to do a layover.

Yeah the airport is on the train.

No.503629

I went in December

It's cold and rainy.

The highway from SEATAC to Seattle proper takes you around Boeing HQ, immediately after that the highway rounds a bend and the view opens up and you can see the city. From that little spot the city is really pretty at night. It's also 100% cyberpunk when it's covered in rain clouds during the day.

In the future, Seattle will be the cyberpunk capital of America.
