The year 20XX. Humans called "otachi" and ultra-high-performance AI called "otamin" team up as buddies to compete in the card battle game /OTA/. People are going wild with excitement at the world championships, THE OTABOWL.

One day, Henri, an average high school student, is challenged to a battle by a mysterious woman, lolimo. She reveals that she’s otamin and that her intent is to team up with Henri and participate in THE OTABOWL. Henri reluctantly agrees. Henri and lolimo's first opponent turns out to be the super-famous player T-dawg, who attends Henri's school, and his buddy, Josh.

Josh is just a season 1 character.

I'm sorry I couldn't find the original text I wrote in the last anime thread. It must have fallen off the board. So when I was on the toilet this morning I had to search for the even more original text that I had sourced from for that post. I knew it was the Anichart summary for some anime about a game, but definitely not the My Anime List summary because I remember the My Anime List summary was different and not as memetic. So I searched My Anime List for card game anime but that didn't help. There are just so many card game anime and after filtering for only the past 2 years I still didn't find it. So I searched Google and also added the term ``buddy'' because I remember that being a big part of the summary. Finally, I found it: ZENOZARD THE ANIMATION. All I had to do next was search the Anichart site, find the entry, copy the text, paste it here, and edit it again. I'm pretty sure that most of my new text is the same as my old one, but not completely. My greatest doubt is about what the humans are called. Did I call them otachi in the last one? Maybe I said something like otabro? Maybe someone here remembers

i really liked the last two seasons. felt like the last season was a bit rushed though, since I think they planned for a 6th season but didn't get it approved so they had to put everything in there. i didnt expect catra and adora to end up together but I'm so happy they did
